4. Adding Invoice Number To Your Invoice

On top right, below the title "INVOICE" you will find the text box to enter an invoice id.

The Invoice Id is not auto generated and you have to manually enter it each time you create a new Invoice. It could be a numeric id or a code with numbers & characters along with special characters such as backspace and hyphen.

Please note the system will not proceed to create the PDF unless an Invoice Id is entered.

Is it compulsory to enter an Invoice Id?

Yes. System will not create the PDF Invoice unless there is an Invoice Id.

Can I enter a code only with alphabatical characters?

Yes. You can.
